MEMORANDUM DECISION

WILLIAM F. STONE, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court is the Debtors’ Application to Employ (the “Application”) the firm of Copeland & Beiger, P.C. (the “Firm”) as their counsel for the conduct of this case. To this Application the United States Trustee has filed an Objection on the basis of inconsistent and inaccurate disclosures regarding the pre-petition services rendered by the Firm to the Debtors. A lengthy hearing upon the Application and the Objection was held on May 18, 2011, at the conclusion of which the Court stated from the bench certain preliminary findings…
