Mary Hoplcinson, executrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Charles Hopkinson, was proceeding to erect a vault on lots 135 and 136, in section “D, ” in Rosehill cemetery, which had been purchased by her husband on the 5th day of September, 1863, when she was prevented by the officers and agents of Rosehill Cemetery Company.
