This is an application by Emily Cleland Townsend Chew and others, citizens of states other than Delaware, suing on behalf of themselves and others, for a preliminary injunction to restrain, until the further order of the court, the First Presbyterian Church of Wilmington, Delaware, Incorporated, a corporation of Delaware, from entering or in any way trespassing upon the burial lot or vault wherein the bodies of the relatives of the complainants are buried in the cemetery of the corporation defendant between Ninth, Tenth, Market and King Streets in Wilmington, for the…
