Craighead Electric Cooperative appeals the judgment of the district court 1 allowing the City Water & Light Plant of Jones-boro (CWL) to take facilities, customers, and property in an area annexed by the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas. Craighead also appeals the district court’s finding of the effective date of the taking. We affirm.
