This matter is before the Court on the motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c) with respect to plaintiffs defamation claim filed by defendant Bank of America, N.A. (“Bank of America”). Plaintiff, Julian T. Jeffery, Jr. (“Jeffery” or “plaintiff’), has responded, Bank of America has filed a reply, and this matter is ripe.
