*1043I. INTRODUCTION

This case concerns Plaintiff A.J. Rassamni's claims against Defendants Fresno Auto Spa, Inc., Stevan Matijevich, and Does 1 through 25 for copyright infringement. The Court dismissed Plaintiff's complaint with leave to amend on September 25, 2018. ECF No. 17. Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint ("FAC") on October 12, 2018. ECF No. 18.
