DECISION UPON FURTHER REVIEW

RAICHLE, Judge:

Consonant with his pleas pursuant to a pretrial agreement, the accused was found guilty by a military judge sitting alone of numerous drug-related offenses. The approved findings and sentence were previously affirmed by this Court. United States v. Black, ACM 23496 (A.F.C.M.R.17 June 1982). Upon appeal to the Court of Military Appeals, the accused alleged that he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
