FELDMAN, Justice.

Debra Stanton appeals from a judgment in her favor on her counterclaim and from the trial court’s denial of her motion for a new trial. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to Ariz. Const, art. 6, § 5(3), and Ariz.R.Civ.App.P. 19(e).

Stanton was injured in an accident involving three vehicles which occurred on November 28, 1977. One of the vehicles involved in the collision was driven by Robert Saide and was owned by his employer, General Electric Company (appellees).
