DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause is before the Court after a Trial on the action brought by the Plaintiff, entitled “Complaint for Injunctive Relief and Monetary Damages and Punitive Damages.” (Doc. No. 1). As the basis for her Complaint, the Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant violated the automatic stay as set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 362. At the conclusion of the Trial, the Court deferred ruling on the matter so as to afford time to thoroughly consider the issues raised by the Parties.
