MARTIN, Judge.
Both defendants assign error to certain of the trial court’s evidentiary rulings and to its denial of their motions to dismiss the charges. In addition, defendant Brewington separately contends that the court inadequately investigated potential conflicts which may have existed by reason of defendants’ joint representation by the same counsel. Defendant Norris separately assigns error to the denial of his motion for mistrial made during the State’s cross-examination of his co-defendant, Brewington.
