Preliminary Statement
This matter comes before the Court on the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (document no. 8). Also pending is the Defendants’ Motion to Compel (document no. 10) and the Plaintiffs’ Motion for an Extension of Time to File Affidavits (document no. 17).
