Defendant-appellant, Industrial Steeplejack Company, appeals from the judgment of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court insofar as it found liability following a bench trial for the injuries suffered by plaintiff-appellee, Frank Stump, arising out of his fall from his employer’s scaffold when the support rope separated. In this intentional tort case, defendant contends that the trial court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law were against the manifest weight of the evidence and contrary to law and that the court erred in the admission of prejudicial and irrelevant…
