Frank Hernandez appeals from the district court’s order overruling Hernandez’ motion to set aside his bond forfeiture.
BACKGROUND
On May 7, 1991, Frank Hernandez was convicted of possessing a controlled substance, cocaine, with intent to deliver. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of not less than 3 nor more than 5 years. On July 12, the district court ordered that Hernandez be allowed to remain at liberty pending his appeal.
