Merhav Ampal Group, Ltd. (“MAG”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the debtor, Ampal-American Israel Corporation (“Ampal”), brought this adversary proceeding to recover on a $20 million note executed by Merhav (M.N.F.)
