This is a lawyer discipline proceeding where a hearing panel of the supreme court grievance committee approved the findings and recommendation of a hearing board that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, with reinstatement conditioned on the making of certain restitution and the satisfaction of other requirements. We issued an order to show cause why more severe discipline, including disbarment, should not be imposed.
