DECISION and ORDER
MYRON L. GORDON, District Judge.
This is an action for damages and equitable relief. It follows a corporate merger which the plaintiff alleges contained terms which violated the obligations of a securities trust indenture that had been executed by a party to the merger.
The case is now before the court for decision on various motions. The defendant, El Paso Natural Gas Company (El Paso), moves to dismiss the action as to it, or alternatively, to quash service of process on it, on the ground that it is not subject to service of process by this court.
