ANDERSON, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff, Susan Friedman, appeals the district court’s denial of her motion to remand to state court for lack of jurisdiction. This appeal stems from Friedman’s suit on behalf of herself and all those similarly situated against her insurer, New York Life Insurance Co.
