The plaintiff, Agostinho Oliveira (“Oliveira”), sued ICLB, Inc. (“ICLB”) and its president, Ian Forman (“Forman”), to recover $2,920.30, which he described in his complaint as unpaid wages due him under the contract between the parties pursuant to which Oliveira was hired to perform paving work.
