MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

This matter came on for hearing on July 27, 1987 on defendants’ motion to dismiss and plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction. Defendants were represented by David M. McConkie and B. Lloyd Poelman and plaintiff was represented by M. David Eckersley and Billy L.
