OPINION

STEVE McKEITHEN, Chief Justice

Roger Dale VanDyke pleaded guilty to violating the terms of his civil commitment, and the trial court sentenced VanDyke to twenty-five years in prison. VanDyke filed an appellate brief presenting thirteen *509issues challenging the constitutionality of the Sexually Violent Predator statute. After VanDyke filed his brief, the Texas Legislature amended the SVP' statute. VanDyke filed a supplemental brief, in which he contends that the Legislature decriminalized the conduct for Which he was convicted. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
