{1 Plaintiff/Appellant, Cassie Graves (Client), seeks review of the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant/Appellee, N. Scott Johnson (Lawyer) in Client's action for breach of fiduciary duty and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. We affirm because Client's allegations do not state an actionable claim for bad faith and there is no evidence that Lawyer breached a duty that is fiduc1ary in nature. °
