Peter Mailloux (“Mailloux”) filed an administrative complaint against R & B Transportation, LLC (“R & B”), and its owner, Paul Beaudry (“Beaudry”) (collectively “Petitioners”), alleging that Mailloux was unlawfully discharged from his job as a commercial trucker for his adherence to federal safety standards.
