MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

The debtor, General Polymeries Corporation, seeks confirmation of a third modifica tion to its Fourth Amended Plan of Reorganization, claiming that under Code § 1129(a)(9)(C), it is entitled to make deferred payments to the United States on a post-petition tax debt. The government opposes confirmation, contending that under Code § 1129(a)(9)(A), it is entitled to full payment on the effective date of the plan.
