The Debtor in this Chapter 13 case, Ernest Combs, is a retired police officer and is receiving a monthly pension benefit. The case is before the Court on the motion for relief from stay filed by the Debtor’s ex-wife, Pamela Mytnick. 1 Ms. Mytnick claims to have an interest in Debtor’s pension.
