Before the Court is the Motion for Relief From Stay to Proceed in Domestic Relations Court (Docket No. 79) (the “Motion”) filed by Lisa Jeffers (the “Movant”), the former wife of debtor-respondent Mark D. Jeffers (the “Debtor”).
