MARTIN, Judge.
Gordon E. Pinczkowski (“plaintiff”) appeals the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Norfolk Southern Railway Company (“defendant”). For reasons discussed herein, we affirm.
Plaintiff was employed by defendant from 1973 until 1994. Plaintiff testified he was exposed to asbestos dust throughout his employment with defendant, and that beginning in the 1980’s, he began to be concerned that the exposure was posing a hazard to his health.
