MEMORANDUM OPINION

SPORKIN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs motion to remand and defendants’ motion to dismiss. Because the Court will grant plaintiffs motion to remand this case to Superior Court, the Court need not address defendants’ motion to dismiss.

BACKGROUND

Defendant, Bell Atlantic Corporation, Inc., hired plaintiff, Meshelle Van Allen, in December 1991. Plaintiff was a member of Local 2336 of the Washington Telephone Company Union (hereinafter “employees’ union”).
