This appeal arises from an order of the circuit court of Cook County granting plaintiffs petition to confirm an arbitration award and denying defendant’s cross-motion for judgment on the pleadings.

The relevant facts are as follows: Plaintiff filed a claim with her insurance carrier, Liberty, under her underinsured-motorist coverage, presumably due to an accident in which her vehicle was involved with an underinsured motorist.
