Plaintiff Howard Shultz appeals from orders of the circuit court granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company and against him on count I of his amended complaint for confirmation of an arbitration award (the award) and entry of judgment thereon pursuant to the Illinois Uniform Arbitration Act (the Act) (710 ILCS 5/1 (West 2000)).
