Dr. Rawley H. Fuller, a resident of South Boston, Virginia, died testate on July 24, 1943, survived by his widow, Corrie A. Fuller; Rawley H. Fuller, Jr., and Sarah F. Hudgins, children of a former marriage; William Allen Fuller, son of testator and Corrie A. Fuller; and Mary Anne Fuller, an adopted infant daughter. The Virginia Trust *706Company, of Richmond, Virginia, was named and qualified as executor under the will.
