This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Princess Anne county, and the case is as follows:
Appellant, Laura L. Land, intermarried with John "W". S. Land March 9, 1890, and they lived together as husband and wife till June 27, 1896, when they signed and acknowledged a deed of separation, which was admitted to record in the clerk’s office of Princess Anne County Court.
