Because I am not in agreement with the terms of the opinion entered in this case by my Brother Hernández Matos, I feel bound to dissent for the reasons hereinafter stated.

The prosecuting attorney made reference to the absence of alibi proof or of an explanation for the reason of why the girl testified or of the fact as to whether her parents forced her to testify.
