MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
NAOMI REICE BUCHWALD, Bankruptcy Judge.
In a Memorandum and Order dated July 25, 2001, we granted Bear, Stearns Securities Corp.’s (“Bear, Stearns”) motion to withdraw this matter from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) in order to resolve sub stantial and material questions regarding the federal securities laws and the regulations issued thereunder.
