DROWOTA, Justice.

The issues in this case concern the validity of an ordinance passed by the City of Mason which required that establishments which sold beer be a certain distance (200 feet) from churches and schools; that the distance be measured from closest property lines; and that existing licensed locations be exempt from the coverage of the ordinance.
