—Order, Supreme Court, *310Bronx County (Alexander Hunter, Jr., J.), entered on or about July 7, 1997, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment pursuant to CPL 30.30, unanimously reversed, on the law, defendant’s motion denied, the indictment reinstated and the matter remanded for further proceedings.
