— Appellant, who is a dairyman in Hills-borough County, filed his bill of complaint in the Circuit Court praying that Appellee, State Live Stock Sanitary Board be enjoined from entering his premises for the purpose of making tests or examinations of his cows or from slaughtering or attempting to slaughter them if found to be infected with Bangs disease. •
