I. Introduction
This is an action for equitable relief and statutory damages arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”). 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. Following the acquisition of four related closely-held corporations by Defendant, Donald S.
