MEMORANDUM OPINION

ALBERT E. RADCLIFFE, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the court upon the objection of Viking Insurance Company to the debtor’s claim of exemption in the proceeds of a personal injury insurance settlement.

BACKGROUND

A review of the court’s file in this matter, including the pleadings, the parties’ memoranda and the evidence adduced at the hearing held April 7, 1992 reveals the following undisputed facts.
