I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court by way of the Chapter 7 Trustee’s (“Trustee”) Motion to Reconsider the Court’s Approval of the Settlement Agreement between Defendant, the Defendant-Debtor, Suzanne Perez (“Debtor” or “Defendant”) and Plaintiff, E53 Federal Credit Union (“the Credit Union”).
