Introduction

Dr. Byron Glenn (Glenn) appeals from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment for HealthLink HMO and HealthLink PPO (collectively “Health-Link”). Glenn brought separate claims for breach of contract alleging HealthLink breached the HMO Agreement and PPO Agreement it had with Glenn. The petition avers various breaches of these agreements.
