Kate Goeriitz appeals from the Gentry County circuit court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of the City of Maryville in her action for damages and injunctive relief stemming from the City’s operation of a gun range near her home. The trial court correctly entered summary judgment for the City. Affirmed.
