MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon the Motions to Dismiss the Plaintiffs Complaint, which were filed separately by the Defendant, Steven V. Stemple (“Stem-ple”), and by the Chapter 13 Trustee in the underlying bankruptcy case, George W. Neal (“Trustee”). This Court has jurisdiction over these proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b) and 1334(b). Venue is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1409(a).
