MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on 1) the objection to confirmation of the Debtor’s chapter 13 Plan filed by Trida P. Cole (“Ms.Cole”), 2) the objection to confirmation filed by Carl M. Bates, Chapter 13 Trustee (the “Trustee”), and 3) the Debt- or’s objection to Ms. Cole’s proof of claim. An evidentiary hearing was held on November 10, 2015.
