Nardi v. Kamerman

Narco N/K Construction Company, Ltd., and Stephen J. Nardi appeal from judgment, following a bench trial, in favor of the estate of Joseph M. Kamerman.

We affirm.

Joseph M. Kamerman, Steven J. Nardi, and Gary Shifrin were principals in Narco/Cable Kamerman, Inc., later renamed Narco N/K Construction, Ltd. (Narco), a Delaware corporation, which was formed in 1978. Kamerman and Nardi had previously been partners in a number of real estate development ventures.
