This case is before the Supreme Court following the granting of a petition for review of the decision of the Court of Appeals in Willman v. Ewen, 6 Kan. App. 2d 321, 627 P.2d 1190 (1981). This is an action brought by the plaintiff-appellant, Paula Willman, to recover damages from the defendants-appellees, automobile dealers doing business as Ewen Motor Company, following the defendants’ failure to deliver a 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Indianapolis 500 Pace Car.
