The complaint in this action in the District Court for the Eastern District of New York, petitioning for a declaratory judgment and appropriate further relief, 28 U.S.C. §§ 2201, 2202 centers around management’s refusal to provide a dissident group with a list of persons eligible to vote for directorships in a federal savings and loan association.
