MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER

McBRYDE, District Judge.

After reviewing the motion of defendants, Holiday Hospitality Franchising, Inc., and Bass Hotels and Resorts, Inc., to dismiss, the response of plaintiffs, Jagdish S.
