TYSON, Judge.

Amy Pharr Elam, Elizabeth F. Bailey, and Reid T. Deramus (collectively, "Plaintiffs") appeal from order denying their motion for class certification. We affirm.

I. Factual Background

Plaintiffs are joint owners, by inheritance, of Unit 205 in the Charlotte House Condominium building ("Charlotte House"), located in Charlotte, North Carolina. By virtue of their ownership of property in Charlotte House, Plaintiffs are also mandatory members under the Declaration of Charlotte House Condominiums.
