OPINION

DALLY, Commissioner.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of possession of more than four ounces of marihuana; the jury assessed punishment at imprisonment for 2 years and a fine of $1,000.

Appellant attacks the sufficiency of the evidence; he also contends the trial court erred in overruling his challenge of a juror for cause and complains of the erroneous admission of evidence.

The evidence adduced at trial showed that police officers kept under surveillance a garden and the surrounding area of a plot of land owned by appellant; they observed a large number of marihuana…
