Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Keegan, J.), rendered January 9, 1991, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree (three counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree.
